  • When will my order ship? 

Orders for the Kind Frog are shipped on Thursday each week. When Thursday is a holiday, the order ships on the next business day.  

  • How will my order be shipped, and when will I receive it? 

Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS. If you live in the U.S., you can generally expect your order to arrive within five to 10 business days after it ships. If you need an item quickly or by a specific date, please e-mail us at [email protected].  

  • Will I be able to track my order? 

Yes, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped. 

  • What are the shipping costs and sales tax for my order? 

Shipping is free for the Kind Frog, and there is no sales tax. 

  • When I make a purchase, why am I asked to provide my CVV code? 

CVV is an authentication process established by credit card companies to reduce fraud in internet transactions. It requires the cardholder to enter their CVV number at the time of the transaction in order to verify that the customer has the card in their possession. The CVV code is a security feature for “card not present” transactions made online, via postal mail, or over the phone. 

  • Will my credit card be charged when I enter my order? 

Yes, your credit card will be charged for all items at the time of purchase.  

  • What is your return policy, and do you provide return labels? 

We don’t accept returns of the Kind Frog. If an item arrives damaged or if you don’t receive the correct item, please e-mail us at [email protected].
